Who this covers

This policy covers jessiebirnberg.com and the private hub Jessie Birnberg uses to run her creator business at hub.jessiebirnberg.com. Questions go to collabs@jessiebirnberg.com.

The contact form

When you send a message, the site keeps what you typed: your name, email, brand or company, what the message is for, a budget range if you chose one, and the message itself. It also keeps a one-way hash of your IP address, your country and your browser type, only to spot spam. The form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to tell people from bots.

Jessie uses this only to read and answer your message. It is not sold, rented or shared for marketing.

Visit counts

The site counts visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics. It sets no cookies, does not build a profile of you, and does not follow you to other sites.

The private hub

The hub is a private dashboard only Jessie and the people she authorizes can open. With her permission it connects to her own Instagram and TikTok accounts to show her posts, their counts and insights, her follower totals, and comments people leave on her posts, so she can reply to them in one place.

• From Instagram: her profile and follower counts, her posts with their likes, comments, views, reach, saves and shares, and the comments on her posts (the commenter's username and text).
• From TikTok: her profile and follower counts, and her videos with their views, likes, comments and shares. If she turns on TikTok comment management, also the comments on her own videos (the commenter's username and text), so she can reply to, like or hide them from the hub. TikTok comments are deleted from the hub after 90 days, and all of them are deleted if she disconnects.

With her permission the hub also connects to Jessie's own Gmail inbox. It reads the last 30 days of her inbox to sort brand inquiries, PR offers and ShopMy notices, and to pull out offer details such as budget, deliverables and dates. It can archive, label, mark read, and save draft replies in her Gmail. It never sends or deletes email. Email that is not a brand opportunity is removed from the hub after 60 days.

Email text is processed by Cloudflare Workers AI, on the same Cloudflare account that hosts the hub, to extract offer details and suggest drafts. It is not used to train models and is not shared with anyone else.

The hub's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Access tokens for these accounts are encrypted before they are stored. The hub never follows anyone and never sends direct messages. It replies to, likes or hides a comment only when Jessie does so in the hub. The one exception is optional and off unless she turns it on: a short automatic reply to people asking where an item is from, which names the collection in her shop, contains no links, and is limited per video.

Where it is stored

Everything is stored with Cloudflare in the United States. Sign-in to the hub runs through Cloudflare Access.

How long it is kept

Messages and synced posts are kept until Jessie deletes them. Sync logs are deleted after 90 days.

Deleting your information

To have a message you sent, or comments of yours that the hub stored, deleted, email collabs@jessiebirnberg.com with the email address or username involved. It is deleted within 30 days and you get a reply when it is done.

Jessie can disconnect Instagram or TikTok at any time from the hub, which deletes the stored access tokens immediately. She can also remove the app from her Instagram settings (Apps and websites) or her TikTok settings (Manage app permissions).

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it.
